Η αλλαγή του κλίματος αποτελεί ένα ισχυρό πολιτικό και οικονομικό ζήτημα στα χέρια των policy makers για λογαριασμό των ισχυρών κύκλων μιας παγκόσμιας ολιγαρχίας.

Πού χρεώνονται τα αιτία της κλιματικής αλλαγής;

Δεν θα μπορούσε να διαφωνήσει κανείς ότι ο άνθρωπος είναι υπέρμετρα καταστροφικός και ασύδοτος με το ίδιο του το περιβάλλον. Θα ήταν παράλογο να αποδεχθεί κανείς την άποψη της Διακυβερνητικής Επιτροπής για την Αλλαγή του Κλίματος (IPCC) και των ισχυρών κύκλων που την υποστηρίζουν, τις αιτίες που προκαλούν την υπερθέρμανση του πλανήτη. Καθημερινά βλέπουν στο φως της δημοσιότητας υπέρμετρα και αβέβαια σενάρια που αγγίζουν τα όρια μιας ακραίας περιβαλλοντικής τρομολαγνείας, βασισμένα σε υποθετικές θεωρήσεις και κατευθυνόμενους διαλογισμούς. Δυστυχώς όμως η προκαλούμενη αλλαγή του κλίματος από τον άνθρωπο έχει γίνει αποδεκτή ως πραγματικότητα, δημιουργώντας μια βαθειά ριζωμένη αντίληψη μέσα στον πληθυσμό που φθάνει σε επίπεδα υστερίας.

Σήμερα, ο όρος «ρύπος» αποδίδεται για να χαρακτηρίσει το διοξείδιο του άνθρακα (CO2), που όχι μόνο ρύπος δεν είναι, αλλά επιπλέον παραποιείται η πραγματική διάσταση της φυσικής του δράσης. Αλλά ας δούμε κάποια στοιχεία που φαίνεται να έχουν σκόπιμα αγνοηθεί.

Οι υδρατμοί στην ατμόσφαιρα έχουν σημαντικά μεγαλύτερη συμβολή στο αποκαλούμενο φαινόμενο του θερμοκηπίου, και αντιπροσωπεύουν περίπου το 95% του συνολικού ποσού των αερίων του θερμοκηπίου, γεγονός που συστηματικά αγνοείται! Κάθε λεπτό της ώρας σχεδόν 1 δις τόνοι νερού διοχετεύονται στην ατμόσφαιρα με τη διαδικασία της εξάτμισης από τους ωκεανούς. Αν και το διοξείδιο του άνθρακα πρωταγωνιστεί στις συζητήσεις για τα αέρια του θερμοκηπίου, οι υδρατμοί διαδραματίζουν έναν ακόμα μεγαλύτερο και ουσιαστικό ρόλο στην θέρμανση της ατμόσφαιρας και στο ενεργειακό ισοζύγιο του πλανήτη. Το μόριο του νερού έχει μία μοναδική δομή με μια εξαιρετική ικανότητα να αποθηκεύει θερμότητα, γεγονός που επιδρά σημαντικά στο σχηματισμό των καταιγίδων και έτσι το καθιστά εν γένει πρωταγωνιστή στην ατμοσφαιρική κυκλοφορία

Μήπως λοιπόν οι υδρατμοί είναι ένας πολύ πιο επικίνδυνος "ρύπος" σε σχέση με CO2 ; Θα ήταν βέβαια, παράλογο ένα πολύτιμο στοιχείο της φύσης και της ζωής όπως είναι το νερό να εισαχθεί στο “περιβαλλοντικό χρηματιστήριο εμπορίας ρύπων (Κιότο) ως αέριο του θερμοκηπίου. Είναι λοιπόν προφανής ο λόγος γιατί ο υδρατμός απουσιάζει από τον κατάλογο των ρύπων και δεν αναφέρεται ως αέριο του θερμοκηπίου από τους αρχιτέκτονες της παγκόσμιας περιβαλλοντικής πολιτικής.

Θα μπορούσε η αλήθεια να είναι διαφορετική;

Η αλλαγή του κλίματος είναι ένα χαρακτηριστικό στοιχείο του δυναμικού συστήματος της γης, του ήλιου και του σύμπαντος. Η κινητήρια δύναμη που προκαλεί τις κλιματικές μεταβολές του πλανήτη είναι κυρίως οι διακυμάνσεις στο πλήρες φάσμα της ακτινοβολίας του ήλιου καθώς και οι γεωμαγνητικές αλλαγές. Γενικά η χρονική διαφοροποίηση της ηλιακής δραστηριότητας συσχετίζεται με την διακύμανση της μέσης θερμοκρασίας της γης ή οποία είναι σχεδόν αδύνατον να προσδιορισθεί με ακρίβεια. Αυτό συμβαίνει αδιάκοπα κατά την διάρκεια της μακράς προϊστορίας του πλανήτη! Επίσης πολυάριθμες παλαιοκλιματολογικές παρατηρήσεις, που καλύπτουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα χρονικών περιόδων, συνηγορούν στο ότι η γαλαξιακή μεταβλητότητα των κοσμικών ακτίνων συνδέεται με την αλλαγή του κλίματος και επιδρά στον μηχανισμό δημιουργίας νεφών. Η ποιότητα και η ποικιλομορφία αυτών των παρατηρήσεων δείχνουν ότι είναι δύσκολο να είναι τυχαία αυτή η σχέση (Cosmics Leaving Outdoor Droplets – «CLOUD», Cern experiment).

Μια τέτοια λοιπόν φυσική διακύμανση στη πυκνότητα ροής της ακτινοβολίας μέσα στην γήινη ατμόσφαιρα δεν θα ήταν δυνατόν να αφήσει αδιάφορη την τεράστια μάζα νερού των ωκεανών οι οποίοι καλύπτουν το 71% της γήινης επιφάνειας (361.000.000km2), που με την σειρά τους έχουν σημαντική και αναμφισβήτητη επίδραση στη ρύθμιση του παγκόσμιου κλίματος. Σημειωτέον ότι η περισσότερη από τη εισερχόμενη μικρού μήκους κύματος ακτινοβολία (Global radiation) που απορροφάται από τη γη δεσμεύεται από τους τροπικούς ωκεανούς. Η συνεχής κυκλική συμπεριφορά της θερμοκρασίας της επιφάνειας των ωκεανών, καθώς και ο τρόπος που οι ωκεανοί αλληλεπιδρούν με την υπερκείμενη ατμοσφαιρική στρώση, έχουν σημαντική επίδραση στην συγκέντρωση υδρατμών και CO2 στην γήινη ατμόσφαιρα και συνεπώς στο ισοζύγιο άνθρακα του πλανήτη. Επομένως αύξηση της θερμοκρασίας των ωκεανών σημαίνει μεγαλύτερη αποδέσμευση CO2 προς την ατμόσφαιρα.

Η υπερβολή είναι το χαρακτηριστικό στοιχείο με το οποίο προβάλλονται τα περιβαλλοντικά ζητήματα.

Όταν στις συζητήσεις αναφερόμαστε στη λέξη περιβάλλον αυτόματα ο συνειρμός οδηγεί στην «κλιματική αλλαγή» και στην «υπερθέρμανση του πλανήτη» λόγω των αερίων του θερμοκηπίου και συγκεκριμένα της αύξησης του CO2. Η αύξηση αυτή είναι της τάξεως των 6.8 χιλιοστών στην εκατοστιαία σύσταση της ατμόσφαιρας (0.0068%) τα τελευταία 50 ΧΡΟΝΙΑ!!! Από αυτή την ποσότητα μόνο τα 3.9 χιλιοστά οφείλονται σε ανθρωπογενείς εκπομπές και θεωρείται… ότι είναι ικανή να εξαφανίσει από τον πλανήτη παράκτιες περιοχές και νησιωτικές χώρες. Σε αυτό το αντίστοιχο διάστημα η αύξηση του πληθυσμού της γης είναι φρενήρης, 239%!!! Θα ήταν αδύνατον να μην διασαλευθεί το ισοζύγιο άνθρακα του πλανήτη.

Για να διαπιστωθεί το μέγεθος της υπερβολής των κλιματικών μοντέλων που συνδράμουν στην στήριξη αυτής της απάτης, θα πρέπει να αναφερθεί ένα παράδειγμα. Σήμερα με την χρήση των μετεωρολογικών δορυφόρων λαμβάνεται με συνεχή ροή τεράστιος αριθμός κλιματικών δεδομένων για πρόβλεψη καιρού που εισάγεται σε βαθμονομημένα μοντέλα καιρού. Αυτά τα μοντέλα παρότι κρίνονται καθημερινά εκ του αποτελέσματος , είναι αδύνατον να κάνουν ασφαλή πρόβλεψη περισσότερο των 3 έως 5 ημερών!!! Φαντασθείτε λοιπόν την αξιοπιστία κλιματικών μοντέλων που χρησιμοποιούνται για να υπολογίσουν την θερμοκρασία του πλανήτη μετά από 50 ή 100 χρόνια, βασιζόμενα σε υποθετικά και φανταστικά σενάρια.

Σήμερα η αλλαγή του κλίματος αποτελεί ένα ισχυρό πολιτικό και οικονομικό ζήτημα στα χέρια των policy makers. Τα τελευταία 25 χρόνια προπαγανδίζεται με ευφυέστατο τρόπο μια «περιβαλλοντική διαχείριση» βασισμένη στην παραπληροφόρηση και στα νεοσύστατα «πράσινα» χρηματιστήρια υπό την διαχείριση του United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UN-ICCP) και γνωστών παγκόσμιων τραπεζικών κύκλων των οποίων διαχειριστές είναι πολιτικοί, οικονομολόγοι, και χρηματιστές. Ας αναλογισθεί κάποιος ότι “τζόγος” του CO2 στο χρηματιστήριο ρύπων των διακινούμενων κεφαλαίων το 2009 έφτασε τα 198.000.000.000 δολάρια.

Η πράσινη ανάπτυξη εξυπηρετεί τα οικονομικά συμφέροντα των γνωστών παγκόσμιων κύκλων

Η “Πράσινη Ανάπτυξη” με την σημερινή της μορφή της δεν αποτελεί μια νεόφερτη πολιτική προσέγγιση, ούτε είναι το νέο εφεύρημα των κυβερνήσεων. Ο όρος άνθησε στα τέλη της 10ετίας του 60 από τους οραματιστές μιας νέας παγκόσμιας διαχείρισης πραγμάτων, την στιγμή που ανεξάρτητα οικολογικά κινήματα και από τις δύο πλευρές του ατλαντικού εξέφραζαν δυναμικά την αντίθεση τους στο βιασμό των οικοσυστημάτων του πλανήτη και στην μόλυνση του περιβάλλοντος. Ήταν η στιγμή λοιπόν που οι ηγέτες του παγκόσμιου οικονομικού φόρουμ έκαναν μεθοδευμένα πράξη την γνωστή ρήση: «Ο καλύτερος τρόπος να ελέγξεις την αντιπολίτευση είναι να την καθοδηγείς».

Έτσι η νέα μορφή της «πράσινης ανάπτυξης» προτάσσεται σαν αντιστάθμιση στην οικονομική κρίση βασισμένη σε μια κατευθυνόμενη εικονική και υποκριτική περιβαλλοντολογική πολιτική εν ονόματι της κλιματικής αλλαγής, επιδεινώνοντας τις κοινωνικές ανισότητες, την φτώχια και τις αντιθέσεις. Είναι απόλυτα συνδεδεμένη με την υπερχρέωση των αδύνατων κρατών του πλανήτη και προέρχεται από τους ίδιους κύκλους.

Ο κύριος κορμός της πράσινης ανάπτυξης είναι το χρηματιστήριο ρύπων. Σύμφωνα με το σύστημα εμπορίας των δικαιωμάτων εκπομπής αερίων που προκαλούν το φαινόμενο θερμοκηπίου, στο τέλος του έτους, ο φορέας κάθε εκμετάλλευσης οφείλει να αναφέρει στην αρμόδια αρχή τις εκπομπές αερίων θερμοκηπίου που προήλθαν από τις εγκαταστάσεις του κατά τη διάρκεια του έτους. Για παράδειγμα η ΔΕΗ ξεπερνώντας κατά 18% τα δικαιώματα ρύπων που της αναλογούσαν, καταβάλλει περίπου 110 εκατομμύρια € για αγορά επιπλέον δικαιωμάτων εκπομπών για το 2008, με συνέπεια τo έλλειμμα της ΔΕΗ να αυξάνει. Είναι σχεδόν βέβαιο ότι τα επόμενα χρόνια θα αυξηθεί κατά πολύ περισσότερο, επιβαρύνοντας τον συνήθη ύποπτο: Τον Έλληνα φορολογούμενο.

Όσες εταιρίες στηρίζουν την παραγωγή τους σε ορυκτά καύσιμα αντιμετωπίζουν μεγάλο πρόβλημα με την εμπορία ρύπων καθώς καταργείται το καθεστώς δωρεάν παραχώρησης δικαιωμάτων τα επόμενα χρόνια (2013) έχοντας σαν αποτέλεσμα την υπέρμετρη άνοδο των τιμών στα χρηματιστήρια ρύπων.

Η λύση λοιπόν στο πρόβλημα για τους ρυπαντές της Δύσης έρχεται από την Κίνα που έχει αναπτύξει την μεγαλύτερη αγορά Ανανεώσιμων πηγών Ενέργειας παρέχοντας ήδη «πράσινα πιστοποιητικά» σε «τιμή κόστους» μέσω των Carbon Funds που τα διαχειρίζονται μεγάλοι κολοσσοί όπως η WorldBank,AsianDevelopmentBank. H αγοροπωλησία πράσινων δικαιωμάτων (CERs) μέσω μαζικών πωλήσεων αποδίδει τις καλλίτερες τιμές «πράσινων πιστοποιητικών». Για αυτούς λοιπόν που διαχειρίζονται τα «πράσινα» χαρτοφυλάκια γεννήθηκε η «πράσινη οικονομία», την στιγμή που 85 εκατομμύρια ευρωπαίοι συμπολίτες μας είναι κάτω από το όριο της φτώχιας.

Ας σταματήσει λοιπόν η υποκρισία και η κερδοσκοπία όλων αυτών που επιδίδονται και συναινούν εσκεμμένα ή άθελα τους στην μεγαλύτερη απάτη των ημερών μας. Ο πλανήτης και η χώρα μας έχει ανάγκη από την Πράσινη Ανάπλαση.
